Even clients and other potential referral sources and centers of influence. These were people they knew were too important to let get away!
Business is all about making connections and building relationships. But so many of us—even those of us who find it easy to make initial contacts—fall apart when it comes to follow-through.
Follow-through does all of the following:

Many business owners share that following through can be very difficult—and I agree. I’m sure that some of you are thinking that you can just send an e-mail.
But electronic follow-through has NEVER been as effective as a personal, hand-written note, and we have tracked this for years.
In fact, it used to take me HOURS a week to write out my follow-through cards. It was such a huge factor in my success, however, I knew it had to be done. I tried delegating the personal cards to my staff, but found out quickly that I didn’t get the response rate I was getting when I wrote them myself. Also, it was taking more than half of their time to follow up with clients, prospects and referrals.
So my search began for a better way to keep building deep, personal relationships with my clients that didn’t take a lot of time or money!

So, now for the problem I was talking about...

Newsletters are getting blocked by spam filters or getting lost in overflowing inboxes. Autoresponders are not reaching the people who have requested them.
